Manuel’s approach to massage is shaped by a background that bridges clinical experience, therapeutic bodywork, and holistic practices.
With an educational background in Physical Therapy in Colombia, Manuel’s professional path included experience in rehabilitation and postoperative care, followed by postgraduate studies in Alternative Therapies with a focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Today, as a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist, Manuel brings these different perspectives together through MANO. Rather than following the same routine for every client, his work combines massage techniques, therapeutic bodywork, and holistic elements according to the purpose and individual needs of each session.
This integration of knowledge, hands-on experience, and personalized care is at the heart of MANO.

A personalized therapeutic massage that combines different techniques based on each client’s individual needs. Drawing from Manuel’s professional experience in massage therapy and Physical Therapy education, each session may incorporate deep tissue work, trigger point techniques, stretching, myofascial techniques, and other therapeutic approaches as appropriate. Kinesiology tape (K-Tape) may also be applied when appropriate as part of the session.

A sports-focused session for elite and amateur athletes.

Designed specifically for elite and amateur athletes, this sports-focused session combines techniques selected according to the athlete’s training demands and individual needs. The session may include muscle recovery work, assisted stretching, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, IASTM/scraping techniques, and pre- or post-training massage techniques.

An immersive experience integrating energetic bodywork and holistic practices.

An immersive holistic experience that brings together energetic bodywork and practices inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy-based traditions. The session may incorporate acupressure along Chinese meridian pathways, chakra-focused work, crystals, tuning forks, singing bowls, and other elements of sound therapy.
Each experience unfolds differently, with the intention of creating a space for relaxation, awareness, and connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Sessions typically unfold over approximately 1–2 hours.
